To celebrate Family's International Day, 15th May, Lisbon City Council organized Family Salads. The event took place at Vale do Silêncio, Olivais, where each family had to prepare a salad. The jury had to evaluate 28 salads based on its originality, presentation, taste, hygiene and team organization. The winer was “Salada Tropical” prepared by Pedro Silva's family, who owned a voucher of five Fruta Feia's big boxes.
Family Salads is a pilot-project within School Healthy Food Programme, which is part of FLAW4LIFE project as promoting healthy meals and sustainable consumption in the scholar community.
